More Than Administrative Support

I've spent more than a decade supporting coaches, retreat leaders, facilitators, community builders, and experience-driven brands not just behind the scenes but inside the work itself.

Over the years, I've supported more than 15 retreats across the US and internationally; co-led numerous in-person events; coached participants; facilitated calls; managed volunteers; coordinated logistics; and stepped into countless roles that helped experiences run smoothly.

Whether supporting a retreat, community, group program, or large-scale event, my role is often the same: helping leaders stay focused on the experience they're creating while ensuring the details don't get overlooked.

From coordinating ambassadors and Expo partners at NeuroDiversion to serving as Community Success Champion for Forge, I've learned how to hold both the moving parts and the bigger picture at the same time.
