The right support doesn't just help. It elevates the entire experience.

Whether you're leading a retreat, running a group program, facilitating a workshop, or building a community, there's a lot happening at once.

Questions arise. People need support. Plans shift. Unexpected moments appear.

And while you're focused on leading, someone still needs to be paying attention to everything else.

That's where I come in.

Not sure if this is what you need? Let's find out.

What In-Motion Support Actually Is

In-Motion Support is an ongoing partnership for coaches, retreat leaders, facilitators, and community builders who want someone they trust beside them while experiences are actively unfolding.

This isn't VA work. It isn't project management. It isn't a task list.

It's presence. Attentiveness. Responsiveness.

It's having someone in your corner who understands both the people and the experience.

As a Manifesting Generator, my gift is responding to the environment around me. I pay attention to what's needed before it's needed. I jump in. I adapt. I move quickly. And I don't need to be redirected at every turn.

Sometimes that looks like managing chat during a live call, taking notes, or supporting participants in real time. Sometimes it means leading office hours, facilitating a session in your absence, or coordinating on-the-ground logistics. And sometimes it's as simple as making sure you've eaten, have water nearby, and aren't spending energy on things that don't require your attention.

Whatever the moment calls for, I'm already paying attention.

What It's Like to Have Me in Your Corner

I notice what others miss.

When you're in front of the room, fully present with your people, I'm watching the edges. The participant who went quiet. The tech issue about to surface. The question that hasn't been asked yet. The detail that could unravel if no one catches it.

I understand experiences, not just tasks. My background spans coaching, retreat leadership, event production, community building, and travel, which means I bring a wide lens to whatever you're holding.

I know when to move quietly and when to jump in.

I know when a leader needs a task handled and when they need someone to simply witness what's happening and respond.

I take care of the things that are pulling your attention away from where it belongs, so you can stay focused on the people, the experience, and the work only you can do.

I'm adaptable, resourceful, and calm under pressure. I don't panic when plans change. I pivot. I don't wait to be told what's needed. I read the room and respond.

And I show up for the people in your experience the same way I show up for you. Your participants feel supported. Your community feels held. Your event feels seamless.

An event is what happens. An experience is what people remember.

Ready to have someone in your corner?

This Might Be For You If…

  • You're tired of leading and managing at the same time

  • You want someone who can think on their feet without needing constant direction

  • Your participants deserve support that goes beyond answering emails

  • You need a trusted second set of eyes, hands, and energy in the room

  • You've been carrying things that don't require your direct attention, and you're ready to hand them off

  • You're building something meaningful and want someone who gets the vision and can help hold it

  • You've had support before, but it didn't quite fit — you needed someone who understood the experience, not just the logistics

How This Works

Every experience is different, which means support looks different too.

Some clients bring me in for a retreat, workshop, or live event. Others want support within a community, membership, a mastermind, a group program, or a longer-term container.

Together, we'll identify where support would have the biggest impact and create a structure that fits what you're building and the role you need me to play within it.

Engagements typically range from event-specific support to 3-, 6-, or 12-month terms and are customized based on the type of experience, level of involvement, and support required.

Investment varies accordingly.

The first step is a conversation. We'll talk through what you're building, what support could look like, and whether we're a good match for each other.
